One thing that works for me is a technique called "Out of Sight, Out of Mind". This is can anything from munching on something when I'm bored when I shouldn't be, charge cables for consoles. I don't know why my brain acts threatened when the controllers are taken away, but not the cables, it's weird.
Another thing I like doing is listening to music that I can work with, this one is probably the most common thing that a lot of ADHDers do: let the voices be silenced with music, but it can depend on what music you like.
One last thing: be somewhere that is not comfortable. This doesn't have to be a cafe, it can be anywhere that isn't your own home. This could be just me being weird, but randomly doing anything from playing video games or sometimes watching YouTube videos in a public place as a introvert is the worst so. But you do have to prepare beforehand, but if it's something you like doing, your brain is being tricked in a way.
